My First Post // Highlights of 2006

What a great end to a great year that is 2006 that has been the "honeymoon" year for me. Some of the most memorable events that iv'e been on last year.. well the only events that i remember going for last year.. was Trolak camp , District Interact Conference 06 and Comic Fiesta 06.

First, Trolak.. the camp was held somewhere early last year after the March exams i think ah screw it , i dont really remember what i did when i was there.. well i used to remember last time. I only recall that i had a hell alot of fun there and met a few people that i know of until to day. Oh yeah and heres a piccie that someone took of my group during the camp.

Well, during the camp my group almost took first place in every activity that the camp threw at us. Gah it was hell alot of fun, great food and sleepless nights with a bunch of friends. The best thing is theres gonna be another camp this year! err.. well not sure though i'm just hoping for it :p. waaait another piccie

Next is.. Ahh District Conference 06 where a bunch of interactors from all over Malaysia AND also some foreigners who gather at University Malaya just to hear stupid motivational talks that obviously everyone wouldn't listen except for the "smart" ones who stay up for the whole boring crap talk. But, aside from all the boring stuff, I did had great fun there. Heres a log on most of the stuff i did in 3 days that iv'e been there :

Day 1 :

before heading off to UM i went to sri paandi's to meet up with the whole gang. We chatted for a while and then Ling and Vanu came and suddenly we decided to walk from paandi's all the way to UM. crazy shit -_-
arrived at college 1. Saw a whole lot of mambangs running around and carrying bags at the entrance. Opened up my video cam and interviewed some of the gang. Waited, waited and waited someone told us to transfer to college 3 WTF. But most of the malay gang had to go for Friday prayers so we went leaving our luggage with them.
Came back from prayers and the clouds were dark. Got back to college 1 unwet then it started raining, the rest of the gang were at college 3 but then they had to transfer back to college 1 for nuts. They reached college 1 and carried their bags in the heavy rain and they LEFT our bags at the bustop. So we ran got our bags and ran back up with EVERYTHING wet.
Lepak-ed and dried ourselves got to our dorms, change clothes , got down to lepak again. Then got some shit i forgot what we did after that.. i think it was the icebreaking session and group deciding.
after all that shit, later that night had dinner and we were introduced to the C-O-C-O-N-U-T crap.
after dinner went for a nightwalk around college 1 and came back for supper and lepak-ed and then went to our dorms lepak lepak.. and then went to sleep around 3 am.

Day 2 :

Woke up abit late all sleepy and feeling crappy. Took a bath and got changed for the stupid morning talk at the hall somewhere a few metres from college 1.
Went down for breakfast. After that wanted to wait for the bus.. but then decided we decided to walk to the hall. We were the first ones to walk there but then a whole bunch of rats followed us.
Arrived at the hall, took a seat and then slept for about an hour.
Woke up just to find out the talk wasn't over yet soo went to sleep again.
Woke up again , it was lunch time so ate everything, went back to the hall and then had to seat in groups sheesh. went to my group and did a stupid crappy activity that even my leader is useless at. After the whole crappy game, went out for group discussion but told my rotractor i was sick then me and leon went back to our dorms early with najee too.
Lepak-ed at the dorms for quite a while and got ready for dinner. After that had to go to the stinkin' hall again for the group presentation.
Reached there, lepaked for abit then i buat kecoh by accidentally kicking some shitty table and made a loud noise then everybody went OOOOWHHHHH!!!! But i didnt get in trouble but Najee did for no reason at all.
Went in the hall and got to my seats and saw the show. Some of the ads were freakin' funny and some of em were bloody lame.
Got to our groups turn, went up on stage and me and Leon played the role of a girl's toilet.
After the whole shit, they were some performances by the foreigners and a band called "Japan" no other name ah? But the band is good they just need to change their name.
Next was prize giving my group got second and we got a whole box of snacks BUT our fuckin' leader went and take the box to college 3 for the other fellas there -__-
Went back to college 1 for a so-called supper but there was no supper at all bloody liers.
Suddenly that night there was no curfew so..... we LEPAKED all night , talked cock , gambled , walked around the college like no tomorrow and we had a supprise party for Hana but around 4 am everyone got tired and went to sleep.

Day 3 :

The last day. Woke up feeling crappy as usual. Went down for breakfast and after that straight to the stupid hall again.
Reached there went inside the hall sat down and did all the shit they asked.
Don't really remember much what we did after this -_-
Blah blah everthing was over then we had a sing-along some goodbye song and said goodbye and stuff and took a whole lot of pictures.
Got back to the college and packed up. Everything was ready then we waited to be checked out. Then suddenly a Rotarion asked us to help carry a bunch of mineral water bottles in cases. Helped out abit while waiting for the bus.
Went down to the bus stop. Waited for the bus while taking a bunch of pictures. The bus arrives and suddenly we planned to go to amcorp mall and bring along the Kuantan people.
In the bus was havocy abit, made noise and stuff. We reached amcorp then lepak-ed inside and had lunch there with the people from Kuantan for like hours.
But i didnt have time to socialize with the Kuantan peeps cuz there was someone on an emo-breakdown so had to help him.
Few hours after that everybody was goin home, said goodbye to the Kuantan people but i was still stuck at amcorp helping a friend from his emo-breakdown.
Hours later he got back on his feet still feeling bad. Went on the LRT and got back to my house.

And finally, the best goddamn event last year was Comic Fiesta 06 it was a 2-day event where all the anime fans, geeks , otakus , and cosplayers gather for fun. Went there with Faye , KM , Ky , Zai on the first day while the 2nd day it was me , Faye , Km , Ieka and Hana. It was held at Sri Sedaya School in the school's hall. The hall was pretty damn big and fully air-conditioned :D. The atmosphere there was very hyped up and the hall was always packed with alot of people on both days and most of them were cosplayers. I myself was cosplaying there as Light Yagami from Death Note while Faye was L from Death note aswell and Km was Ichigo from Bleach.
